How to make a Will with a lawyer

Our experienced Will lawyers and legal executives have helped generations of locals make their Wills. There are a number of matters to consider when making your Will, even more so when you have complex family circumstances or complex asset structures. Our specialist team are here to make things as simple as possible for you and your family.  We also prepare Enduring Powers of Attorney for Property and Personal Care and Welfare matters which appoint those you choose and trust to look after your affairs if you are unable to, leaving them appropriate guidance to do so.

Protection of Personal and Property Rights

If a parent, relative or other loved one loses the capacity to make decisions for themselves it can be a very stressful time for those around them. If this happens without there being Enduring Powers of Attorney in place we can assist with an application to the Family Court under the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act (known as a PPPR Application) so that someone can be appointed to act on behalf of and look after the best interests of your loved one.

  • PPPR application to appoint Property Manager or Property Administrator
